Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care products (such as beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification.
Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
