Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and selected shipping method.
Free Standard Shipping may be available on qualifying orders during promotional periods.
Order Tracking

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the shipping address.

- Photos of the damaged package
